Why should I trust you as a coach?

My business is built on the foundation of helping others who are struggling. I struggled for years with minimal support, so I literally taught myself how to manage my depression, anxiety, and mood issues. Because of that, I am driven to give back so others don’t have to feel the way I did. I am not here to sell to you, I am here to give you the tools and skills needed to create the life you want!

What is a Goal Success coach?

My role as your coach is to help you find clarity about what you want in life and what you no longer want. I am here to inspire, teach, and motivate you to get where you want to be.

What do we do in sessions?

Initially, we set goals and assess 8 areas of life to figure out your strengths and weaknesses. From there, we start to build good habits and you are encouraged to continually take action steps. These habits and small steps eventually add up and you will notice an incredible difference in your life

Does it work?

I have one client whom we will call Sue. Sue set her initial goals for the year in mid December as well as her monthly goals. Each month, we review her progress and create new monthly goals based on how she’s doing. This month (April) we were taking a look at her goals for the year to make sure she’s on track, but she was ALREADY where she planned to be by December, and we have only been working together for 4 months. 4 months to achieve what she thought would take a year. I can not take all of the credit though, for she has an amazing work ethic and is eager to increase her happiness. If you put the work in, you will get the results you want, just like she did!

Who do you coach?

I coach all genders and ages. We all have goals, don't we?

How long should I commit for?

If you’re going to spend money on something, you have to make sure you are getting value. When I work with clients, I prefer to sign for 6 months so I know your new, good habits are engrained. It takes 21 days to build a habit, but it is common for people to lose motivation after month 3 so longer than 3 months at least is preferred.
